With a Dachs from SenerTec you get safety and reliability guaranteed. The compact energy system was developed over a period of ten years and tested in 130 trial plants by the well-known company Fichtel & Sachs. SenerTec GmbH was founded in 1996 to specialize in the high-precision and controlled production of the units. More than 20.000 units are now in operation.
The high standard of quality of the SenerTec product originates from its individual components and their interaction: At the heart of each unit is a purpose-developed engine that drives an asynchronous generator. The heat produced while the generator is being driven is directed through several heat exchangers to the heating circuit and the hot water supply system. It is usually enough to cover the basic heat requirement.
The engine and the generator are water-cooled. The single-cylinder four-stroke combustion engine (579 cubic centimeters displacement) comes with the DVGW quality mark and a declaration of CE conformity. It is equipped with an oxidation catalyst (gas) or soot filter (fuel oil) in order to reduce pollutants.
